I was starting to think that trying to find a nice longline bra that fits anything bigger than a D cup was like trying to find the holy grail. I constantly saw and lusted after these amazing long line bras by brands like Rago etc and whilst they easily fit my band and waist size, the cups always stopped at a D……
Had my search come to an end? Had I found the mythical Longline in my size..?
Now needless to say I was very hesitant..will it fit? My waist is quite a bit smaller than my hips so will it dig in? Will it ride up? And my biggest hesitation…..I am usually a 38G to GG….. in a SOFT CUP….. yeah.. wearing a bra without underwire is just not something I would normally do.
When the Keira arrived and I rushed home to try it on all I can say is …IT WORKS !!!
It fits, it smoothes and most importantly keeps the girls aloft and supported. The back fits firmly and helps smooth out those annoying back bulges, it is a leotard style back so the straps do not budge or slip.
Her Room had two colour choices, Fawn and Black. I as usual, went for black.
The body of the Longline is as I said, a mix of powernet and stretch satin. The satin is double layered in the centre panel.
There are two light metal bones in the back and sides for extra support and stability. They sit very nicely against the body and do not dig in uncomfortably after wearing for over 10 hours on a number of occasions. The side seam boning is 9.5 inches tall and the back boning is 9 inches tall.
It provides a really nice vintage silhouette under clothes without being way too pointy (as much as I love extreme bullet bras, on me it would look like I had traffic cones strapped to my chest). This bra however works a treat. Here are two outfits I was wearing it under.
